The first time I tried vegan food. I got a cheeseburger. It was delicious!

You Need

Tofu

cucumber

tomato

salad

perbers
kindley beans
scallion

 zucchini
carrots grated

onions
pommes

Burger Bun 

30 g yeast

6 dl soya milk hand warm

1 kg flour
here I mix wheat flour
Graham flour and what flour i find healthy and tasty

50g soft vegan butter

oil

(1 egg)

Dissolve yeast completely in milk 
mix flour in, but not all at once, make it into a dough  that can easily be knocked together by machine or hand

 

beat the soft butter in the dough mix in more flour gradually 
mix dough about 10 minutes by hand

 

pour a little oil in a large bowl and cautious mix the dough around the bowl.

 
Set the dough to uplift  a warm place, the longer it raises the more tatsy it gets
 i let it stand a warm place for 2 hours.

 

 I roll 6 big buns out of the dough
 
remember to turn on the oven  200-220 .
then bake the buns for about 30 min.

 
at the same time put my pommes in the oven they should have approximately the same time.

 

Meanwhile, you can cut all the vegetables out. 

when the buns are finished I begin to cut 


Squashed  into slices put them in a pan with onions and kindley beans 
put fry them with salt pepper garlic paprika and oil, fry them first on a low heat. 
tofu i cook with  kebab mix and fry also at low heat.
